Our SMD automatic assembly line is designed for manufacturing high-performance PCB assemblies, staffed by IPC-A-610 certified personnel. The line is qualified to produce highly precise electronic systems for aircraft, missiles, and space applications, capable of assembling components as small as 0201 packages.
It consists of:
- Pick and place
- Reflow oven
- Serigraphy printer
- Selective soldering-disoldering
- Clean room 150 m2
- Two nitrogen Flow Boxes
- Two (2) collimators (Black Body for various lenses)
